Our online prescription ordering form is currently unavailable. We are investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as the service is operational again.
In the meantime, prescriptions can be ordered by calling our prescription line on 01278 795445 and selecting Option 3.

Following the practice merge, we are aware that Patient access and NHS app has not had full viewing capabilities. It has come to light that record access has had to be temporarily restricted while internal checks on vulnerable patient records are reviewed. Once we have completed these checks the full access can be reinstated.
